First Class Service and Dedicated Staff

I rarely write reviews. Everything is 'amazing' or 'wonderful' these days and that blurs the lines between what is outstanding and what is simply the norm, or just average, to the point that one rarely bothers to read them any more. However, our experience over the last six months compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Harrison Robinson (HR) provided us across the extended Covid-19 period. From the initial evaluation, to the advice we received on getting our work-in-progress ready for a quick sale, the service was outstanding, and ranged from 'must-do' tasks to 'suggestions', realistic timescales and helpful recommendations. HR are experienced and efficient and it pays off. With a ready list of potential viewers already on their books (though the house sold immediately to the very first viewer!) it was very reassuring. The entire team is polite, professional and at the top of their game and everything was going swimmingly until just short of completion Covid-19 hit. If anyone thinks that the work of Estate Agents is done once the house is marketed and sold - then you are as mis-informed as I was. The real work starts after the sale has been agreed. For me, this is where HR come into their own, their after-sales progression management is second-to-none. Led by Sarah Harrison (I have yet to meet a more professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator than Sarah), she worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the sale, from simply reassuring buyers, to helping to alleviate stress, to expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain to pursuing solicitors and always keeping everyone informed. She was readily available whenever we needed information and always, always, in a professional friendly manner. As more of her team returned after lockdown, the same excellent service continued and it was a nice reminder that leadership comes from the top. I cannot recommend HR more highly. I know that I would not use anyone else. We have now completed the sale and are delighted with the service we received from Harrison Robinson. Thank you to Sarah and the entire team - you really are AMAZING. (And I don't say that lightly!).
