EXTRA • MILE
EXTRA • MILE
At Harrison Robinson we love to ‘go the extra mile’ for our clients, vendors and buyers alike.
Each and every customer is different; their reasons to put their property on the market or to move are just as varied. We listen, we advise, then we will offer a bespoke service which gives them the comfort they require to trust us to sell their property, whether that’s the ability to log on and see the progress of their property on line at midnight or to call in for a coffee and a chat at our Ben Rhydding offices.
We are passionate about service. Many agents offer a choice of silver, gold and platinum service; at Harrison Robinson we only offer one level of service and that’s our BEST for that individual client.
See what our vendors say:
'Greg Harrison’s personal attention and positive enthusiasm are defining characteristics of this new estate agent in town. The quality of his photography, the warmth of his professional relationships, and his ready availability, make Greg hard to fault. For me, Greg's tenacity and customer loyalty seamlessly translated into a choice of motivated buyers, peace of mind, and a wonderfully trouble-free process.'

TOP • SELLING
At Harrison Robinson we combine the latest of technology with professional knowledge, hard work and good old personal service to get your property sold for the highest price as quickly as possible. Harrison Robinson has consistently featured amongst the top three agents in the area for ‘time on Rightmove’, this is a measure of how long on average an agent’s properties take to sell.
FAST • MOVING
Once instructed, the Harrison Robinson machine springs into action. Firstly we target those buyers on our database who are in the market for a property such as yours, we contact them by email and those on our ‘Hot list’ by phone also, so whilst we are organising professional photography, creative copy, floorplans and sale boards, we create a ‘hot’ list of those who are hungry to view. So when you are ready, we hit the ground running. (We sell many homes prior to going live on the internet).
This is what our buyers say:
"Greg Harrison at Harrison Robinson has been the most active of the agents we have met. As buyers, we felt like we were getting a personal service, shown properties that were just coming to market, and kept informed of what was happening locally. This was in sharp contrast to the mainstream agents who we had to chase every week, despite their knowing we were in a strong position.
"For a vendor, it must be great to know your agent is going all out to 'court' buyers, bring them to your door and get them interested in the property you have to sell. Head and shoulders above the competition."
VIDEO • TOURING
Bring your property alive with our brilliant Video Tour
At Harrison Robinson we provide a Video Tour of your home free of charge - a proven way of selling. A great Video Tour of your home does not happen by accident but is rather a defined process. Firstly we start with professional quality photos married with expressive writing from our copywriting team. Our Video Tour is then and only then created by our experienced Video Providers to produce a stunning representation of your home.
GREAT • WRITING
Dull, formulaic property descriptions, loved by agents, loathed by buyers, are forbidden here. We, at Harrison Robinson, employ professional copywriters whose sole job is to write bright, engaging narratives which bring your property to life so buyers can better visualise themselves living there.
PROFESSIONAL • SHOOTING
The big difference between a professional photographer and an estate agent with a camera phone is that one is a professional photographer and the other isn’t. The average day in the life of an estate agent is complex, demanding and time intensive. We are busy matching your property to the perfect buyers, getting your marketing material together, writing that beautifully descriptive wording, which will engross the house hunting reader. A professional photographer is there to showcase your home in the best and most effective way. People buy with their eyes first; that’s why our photographer’s day is dedicated to getting those perfect shots, ensuring your property catches those buyers’ eyes every time. Using pro-grade equipment and lighting, and even digitally retouching if necessary, our professional photographer will bring out the true beauty of your home, bringing it to life on the screen or printed page. Furthermore, we have embraced the latest drone technology - producing stunning, high definition, aerial photography, if appropriate, at an extra charge.
EXCEPTIONAL • PRINTING
No other agent’s brochure comes close to the stunning, eight-page glossy showcase of your home, which if you wish, we’ll compile for you, with professional photography and scintillating writing to present your home at its very best. Please note that this is a chargeable upgrade from our standard brochure.
DISCREET • SELLING
At Harrison Robinson we understand that some clients prefer a degree of privacy when selling their home. With Harrison Robinson Discreet, your property will not appear in the press, or online and there will be no ‘for sale’ board. Instead, we privately contact those clients on our database that match your property. Please call Greg Harrison for a strictly confidential chat.
