Highly Recommend

We haven't sold through Harrison Robinson but I would still highly recommend them as your estate agents of choice. In our tricky chain with big characters (where we were moving out of area up to Burley in Wharfedale), they (in particular Sarah Ramsden) offered an encouraging and problem solving attitude the whole way through the process without dismissing any of our worries. They were very easy to get hold of and are clearly an experienced and close knit team so follow through on passing messages between each other or getting back in touch. They also preempted the next stage of the process and were clearly trying to work closely and professionally with all estate agents and solicitors throughout the chain. From watching the market from Jan22 to Nov22 we felt that their guide prices reflected the value we thought properties were worth without significantly over or under pricing, unlike some other agents in the area.
